Complete June 2nd, 2014, this mural was done for Bushwick Open Studios weekend with help from Exit Room Gallery and Iena Cruz. Many different surfaces to deal with, presenting interesting layout challenges. Overall a very derelict industrial subject for a derelict and industrial building. Mathew Denton Burrows was born and raised in Manhattan, NY where he is still based. He received his Bachelors Degree at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania where he had the first-ever solo student show. He then went on to The School Of Visual Arts in Manhattan for his Masters in Illustration as Visual Essay. Mathew Denton Burrows' work can be found at his web site dentonburrows.com.
